Joshua May has spent more than two decades working across sustainability, renewable energy, climate strategy, infrastructure development, and emerging technology systems. His background spans entrepreneurial leadership, renewable energy commercialization, sustainability advocacy, decentralized infrastructure strategy, and intelligent operational systems development.

Throughout his career, Joshua has helped advance early renewable energy adoption efforts, supported large-scale solar deployment initiatives across multiple U.S. markets, worked alongside frontline communities impacted by environmental and infrastructure challenges, and advocated for more resilient and decentralized energy systems.

His long-term vision for New Paradigm Energy centers around the convergence of intelligent infrastructure, decentralized energy systems, resilient microgrid architecture, AI-enabled operational intelligence, and next-generation infrastructure coordination designed to support a rapidly evolving world.

Co-Founder & CTO

Brandon Boucher leads the company's engineering, infrastructure evaluation, and technology development efforts. With a background in engineering, telecommunications infrastructure, operational efficiency systems, and military service in the United States Navy, Brandon brings a deeply practical understanding of infrastructure reliability, operational resilience, and systems optimization.
