The NPE Origin Story.
A vision rooted in energy sovereignty, environmental responsibility, and the belief that infrastructure must support both people and planet.
Standing Rock, 2016.
New Paradigm Energy was founded on the belief that the future of energy infrastructure must become more resilient, decentralized, intelligent, and community-aligned.
The company's origins trace back to the veterans movement in support of the Standing Rock Sioux during the Dakota Access Pipeline protests in 2016, where questions surrounding energy sovereignty, environmental responsibility, infrastructure vulnerability, and long-term sustainability became impossible to ignore.
Those experiences helped inspire a broader vision centered around the need for infrastructure systems capable of supporting both people and planet in a rapidly changing world shaped by climate instability, growing energy demand, and accelerating technological transformation.

From vision to infrastructure.
In the years that followed, that vision evolved through sustainability initiatives, renewable transition planning, infrastructure research, and advanced energy systems exploration across multiple projects and regions.
New Paradigm Energy began expanding beyond traditional renewable energy concepts toward a more integrated infrastructure approach focused on intelligent operational systems, resilient decentralized energy networks, infrastructure analytics, advanced efficiency technologies, and next-generation coordination systems.
Today, the company is focused on helping shape the future of intelligent decentralized infrastructure through technologies and strategies designed to support more adaptive, sustainable, and resilient energy ecosystems for communities, organizations, and future infrastructure environments.
